Commonly Asked Questions

Let me answer any questions you might have. If you have any other questions, I'll be hapy to answer them for you!

I'm really nervous. Is that normal?

It is definitely normal to be nervous for your boudoir session, so don't worry. My first boudoir session, I was so nervous! After it starts though, you’ll begin to loosen up. If you’re still nervous, let me know and we’ll stop, chat, have a sip of wine, and have a lil dance party to shake it off!

How do I know how to pose?

Don’t worry about posing. I totally got you covered in that department. I went to school for fashion photography, I know all the tricks to create the most flattering angles for you, no matter what shape or size you are.

Do your packages include hair and makeup?

The session fee includes complimentary hair and makeup by a professional Makeup/hair artist. I include it in every session so that we start the session off with you feeling like a total celebrity and it’s a great way to chat and break the ice before the session. Also, it’s just one less thing for you to have to worry about!

I want to share these pictures with my partner, any ideas for the best gift?

I recommend an album! They’re gorgeous and they can be discrete with a solid front, orrr it can be a bit more risque with a crystal cover of your beautiful self! Also, I always love a good metal or acrylic piece to hang up so that it’s not only a gift for him, but for you as well so that you can be reminded every day that you’re a sexy badass babe!

What should I bring to my boudoir session?

We go over this more in detail before the session so that you have enough time before the session to go buy something if needed. You can also send me photos of what you have, if you’d like. I suggest three to four different outfits and any props you may want to incorporate. I also have a small but growing client closet that we can take a look at and add to our line up if you wish! How many outfits ect.

I want prints, but I don’t want any men to see the photos?

I’m not a model

No problem! I edit all of the images myself anddd, the pro lab company I have my albums printed at is an all-women Canadian company!

Absolutely! Nobody is perfect. Most women, (even models) feel they’re flawed, which is sad! Every woman is uniquely beautiful. You don’t have to wait until you lose weight or have a time machine to do a boudoir session! Seriously!! I gotchu! You’re a total bombshell as you are!

Do you do outdoor boudoir sessions?

I do… I’m always up for an adventure! Definitely can do an outdoor boudoir session on your private property or we can find a place in the wilderness that’s more secluded. If you’d like to make a day of it and drive up to the mountains. There are additional fees for out of town travel (stupid gas prices lol) but yea, the possibilities are ENDLESS!

Do you post all of the photos you take of me online?

No! You’re in control of what gets shown. Some ladies before the session will say they’d like to keep them all private, (which is perfectly fine) but after the session, when they see their images, they’re usually feeling pretty damn good about themselves and want to show them off!

So there are a few options: you can keep them totally private, you can allow me to share anonymous photos or clothed images. I’m super easygoing with whatever you choose! I just love when clients let me share in the girl group as the group is all about hyping each other up <3.

Do you do Best Friend Sessions?

Hell yea I do! Let me know on our phone call if you and your bestie want to do a combo sesh!!

Do you do Couple Sessions?

Yes! Would love to photograph the bond you and your partner share. The love you share is beautiful and should be frozen in time. And on hard days, looking at photos on your wall or through your album and being reminded how beautiful and unique your love is can be such a powerful thing.

Do you have a referral program?

I do! If your friend books with me after you’ve had your session, you get a $100 print credit AND your friend gets $100 print credit as well! So if you keep getting your friends to book sessions, you could end up with a completely free album!
